"In 2016, computer science graduate Anand puranik and his team began collaborating on a business software called CRM. The software got its name because software uses information about customers to gain insights into their needs, wants, and behaviours in order to serve them better. By using the innovative software, the system is able to provide tailored offerings that will appeal to individual customers at just the right time. As a result, the businesses sell more products or services per customer than the industry average."
